Eric Norman Woolfson (Glasgow, 18 de março de 1945 - Londres, 2 de dezembro de 2009) foi um músico escocês. Sendo co-fundador do conjunto britânico The Alan Parsons Project, Woolfson atuou como cantor, compositor, letrista, pianista e produtor.

Depois de deixar o conjunto, Woolfson desenvolveu carreira como músico teatral.

Eric Woolfson faleceu no dia 2 de dezembro de 2009, após uma longa batalha contra o cancro. Sobreviveram-lhe a sua esposa Hazel e as duas filhas.
