Hank B. Marvin (nascido Brian Rankin, a 28 de outubro de 1941 em Newcastle upon Tyne, Inglaterra) é o líder da banda britânica The Shadows, um conjunto de rock instrumental britânico. Os seus maiores êxitos foram alcançados na década de 60, tanto com trabalhos próprios quanto com a parceria que mantinham com o cantor Cliff Richard.

Os Shadows são considerados a banda britânica mais influentes antes dos Beatles.

Quando jovem, tocava banjo e piano, mas depois de ouvir uma das músicas Buddy Holly, trocou-os pela guitarra. Aos 16 anos viajou com o seu amigo Bruce Welsh para Londres, aonde conheceu Cliff Richard no Two I's Coffee Bar. Tinha início a sua carreira de guitarrista.
