Monáe recebeu mais cinco nomeações para o Grammy Awards: em 2011, de novo para Best Urban/Alternative Performance, pelo single "Tightrope", e para Best Contemporary R&B Album (Melhor Álbum de R&B Contemporâneo), e em 2013, pela sua participação no single "We Are Young", da banda Fun.
