Roberta Flack (Asheville, Carolina do Norte, 10 de fevereiro de 1937) é uma cantora, pianista e compositora norteamericana.
Roberta Flack, uma das vozes mais afinadas da década de 70, nasceu na Carolina do Norte em 1939, numa família de músicos. Começou a estudar piano desde cedo, assim como a desenvolver sua voz.
Formada em música pela Universidade de Howard, cantava nos "pubs" de Washington quando foi contratada pela Atlantic Records, em 1969. Seu primeiro LP, First Take, teve uma certa repercussão, mas o sucesso veio com os compactos "First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" e "Killing Me Softly With His Song". Em 1977 gravou, com Donny Hathaway, o sucesso "The Closer I Get To You". Considerada uma cantora soul, Roberta Flack revela influências jazzísticas e até clássicas em seu estilo pianístico.
